I’m sitting here at Nagasandra 195 thinking about how long Trans Care has been around this part of town. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. If you walk past the main road, you’ll find us easily enough. Most people who work here live close by, so we don’t have to deal with too much travel time in the morning. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and some chairs and the usual equipment we need for the day. We usually start quite early before the sun gets too hot. Usually, someone brings in tea for everyone around ten o’clock. It’s those small things that keep us going through the afternoon. The neighborhood around Nagasandra is always moving, but inside Trans Care, things stay pretty consistent. We just handle what comes our way. Sometimes the phones ring a lot, and other times it’s just the sound of someone typing or moving boxes around. We don’t really do big meetings or fancy presentations here. We just talk to each other across the room if something needs doing. It’s a decent place to spend the day. Nothing too complicated or stressful most of the time. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but 195 stays mostly the same. Just a bunch of us doing what we need to do to keep the place running. It works for us and we don't plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon.
