Trans Care

This place, Trans Care, is over in Nelagadaranahalli at number 195. We deal with transport needs and making sure things get where they need to go. It’s a bit of a dusty area sometimes with all the trucks and movement around here. We’ve been set up for a bit now, just handling the daily grind of bookings and maintenance. It's not a big corporate office. We have a few desks and some space for the paperwork and drivers to come through. Often, the phone rings more than we’d like but that’s how the business goes. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes there are delays with traffic or weather, which is just part of the life in this sector. We don't use big words or have fancy meetings. Usually, we're just checking logs and making sure the vehicles are in decent shape. If someone needs something moved, they come talk to us. We’ve got a small crew that knows the roads pretty well. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially when a shipment is late or a truck needs a quick fix. We mostly stick to ourselves and get the work finished before the sun goes down. It's a straightforward operation here. Nothing too complicated about it. We just stay busy and keep the wheels turning as best as we can every day. The office floor is usually covered in footprints from the drivers coming in and out, but we don't mind much as long as the work gets done.
