Torsteel - Civilaid

Our office for Torsteel - Civilaid is located at 3646 Gayatri Nagar in Bangalore. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic can be, so we usually try to get in early before the roads get completely blocked. Gayatri Nagar is a decent area, and our building fits right in with the local surroundings. We don't have a massive glass front or a fancy logo on the wall. It’s just a solid place where we do our work. We mostly focus on the civil and steel side of things, checking on materials and making sure the numbers add up. The office inside is a bit cluttered with papers, maps, and maybe a few old tea cups. It feels like a real workspace where things actually get built. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things look, as long as the work is correct. Sometimes the rain in Bangalore catches us off guard and we have to scramble to close all the windows. The staff here are mostly local people who know the city inside out. We talk about the weather and the traffic as much as we talk about steel. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We don’t go in for all that corporate talk you hear in the big tech parks. We’re just a bunch of people doing a job in a neighborhood we like. It’s practical, it’s a bit noisy sometimes, and it’s home for the business.
