It’s just a small team of us who know each other well and work together every day. We don't use a lot of business jargon or try to impress people with big words that don't mean much. We just tell it like it is to anyone who asks. If a job is going to take a week, we say it’ll take a week. We’ve built up some good relationships with the locals over the years. Most of our work comes from word of mouth rather than any kind of advertising or promotion. We just show up every morning, do the work, and head home when it's done.
