Thirty Seven Crescent Hotel

Thirty Seven Crescent Hotel is located at No.37 on Crescent Road, which is in the High Ground area. We have been here for some time, and the address is pretty easy for most people to find since the road is well-known. It is a decent-sized building and we have a lot of rooms to look after every day. The work involves a lot of moving parts, like making sure the kitchen is ready for breakfast and the cleaning staff have what they need for the rooms. We are not a massive chain, so things feel a bit more personal here. You will see the same staff members most days, and we try to remember the faces of people who stay with us often. The location is good because it is central but not right in the middle of the loudest traffic, though Crescent Road still gets its fair share of cars. We spend our time checking people in, handling the luggage, and making sure the lobby looks presentable.
