The Taj Group Of Hotels

We are located at No 10 Harsha Vilas, which is in the 1st Block of R T Nagar in Bangalore. This isn't one of the big hotels you might be thinking of. This is more of an administrative and management office. We are tucked away on 1st Main, and it’s a fairly busy street with lots of shops and people walking by. The office itself is quite functional. We have a lot of files and computers where we manage the various things that need to happen for the larger group. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't have marble floors or gold clocks here. It’s just a regular office where we do the backend work. We spend a lot of time on the phone and in meetings talking about logistics. The area around R T Nagar is pretty lively, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick snack or tea. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s got that lived-in feel, not like those brand new glass buildings. We don't use a lot of fancy talk about what we do. We just make sure the schedules are set and the accounts are balanced. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work that most people never see. We stay busy from nine to five, sometimes later if there’s a big project going on. It’s just a group of us trying to keep everything organized from this small corner of Bangalore.
