The Sugar Factory (Le Meridien Hotel)

You can find The Sugar Factory inside the Le Meridien Hotel on Sankey Road in Bangalore. We are pretty close to the Bangalore Golf Course. It is a busy part of the city and the traffic on Sankey Road is almost always heavy. We have been operating here for a few years now. The place has a specific look to it, with lots of lights and a bit of a club atmosphere. We aren't really a quiet spot for a business meeting. People usually come here when they want to hear some loud music and have a few drinks after a long day at work. The staff here is mostly younger people who can handle the late nights. It is a bit of a change from the quiet hotel lobby just outside our doors. We don't really have a big corporate story to tell. We just show up for our shifts and make sure the music is playing and the drinks are ready. Sometimes the sound system acts up and we have to fiddle with the wires to get it working again. It’s not a perfect setup, but it works for us. The golfers from across the road sometimes stop by too. It’s just a place to hang out. We aren't trying to be the most famous spot in Bangalore. We just do what we do. People seem to like it okay.
