The Professional Couriers

The Professional Couriers has a branch here in Yelahanka on B B Road, at number 5. It’s right on the main road, so it’s very easy to spot, though the traffic can be a nightmare during the morning rush. We have a counter right at the front where people bring their letters and parcels. Behind that, there are bags and boxes piled up waiting to be loaded onto the vans. It’s a bit of a squeeze when a lot of people come in at once, especially around five in the evening. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit, but it moves the air around well enough. We go through a lot of ballpoint pens because they always seem to go missing from the counter. Working on B B Road means we see a lot of people every day, from students to shop owners. We try to keep things moving fast because nobody likes waiting in line. The office isn't decorated with much, just a few calendars and the price charts on the wall. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use flashlights to find the right packages, which is always an adventure. It’s just a normal courier shop, doing the daily grind and making sure the mail goes out to where it belongs in Yelahanka and beyond. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, and we’ve gotten to know the regular customers who come by every week. It’s just part of the neighborhood life on B B Road.
