The Professional Couriers

Our branch is located on Avenue Road, on the first floor of a building on Bundi Mutt Road, number 18/1. If you’ve ever been to Avenue Road, you know it’s one of the most crowded and chaotic parts of the city, but that’s also what makes it such a great place to be. We are right in the middle of all the markets and shops. At The Professional Couriers, we deal with a massive amount of paper and small parcels that come through this trade hub. Being on the first floor gives us a little bit of a break from the noise on the street, but not much. The office is almost always cluttered with something, whether it’s bags of mail or boxes being taped up for the evening trucks. It’s a fast-paced environment because the merchants around here don’t like to wait long. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the shopkeepers by name. The work is repetitive—sorting, labeling, and loading—but it’s important for keeping the local businesses running. We don't have any fancy air conditioning or sleek furniture; it’s just a hardworking space for a hardworking part of town. Every day is a bit of a challenge with the narrow streets and the sheer number of people, but we’ve developed a system that works for us. We just focus on getting the deliveries out and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It's just what we do.
