Our branch is located in JP Nagar at 51/2. If you’ve ever had to send a package, you probably know how it is here. It’s a busy spot with boxes piled up and people coming in to drop off envelopes. We spend most of the day weighing things, taping up boxes, and writing out receipts. It’s a bit frantic sometimes, especially right before we close when everyone rushes in at once. The delivery bikes are always parked outside ready to go. We have a counter that’s seen better days and a scale that’s been working hard for years. We aren't about fancy displays or anything like that. It’s just about getting the mail from one place to another. We know the streets around JP Nagar like the back of our hands. There’s a lot of paperwork to keep track of every delivery. Sometimes the traffic makes things late, which is just part of living and working here. We just keep moving the parcels. It’s physical work and it keeps us on our feet all day long. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time now. People bring their stuff here because they know we are just around the corner and they don't have to go far. We just do the work and try to keep everything moving through the system correctly. We have a logbook where we write down the pick-ups.
