The Professional Couriers

We run the branch of The Professional Couriers located at 5 B B Road in Yelahanka. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. Every morning, the trucks come in with loads of packages that need to go all over the place. We spend a lot of time sorting through envelopes and boxes of all sizes. Some are heavy, some are light, and some are wrapped in way too much tape. We see people coming in all day long to drop off things for their families or stuff they’ve sold online. It gets quite busy around noon and then again right before we close up for the evening. Our desks are usually covered in manifests and weighing scales. We try to make sure everything gets scanned and put in the right bin so it doesn't end up in the wrong city. Mistakes happen once in a while, but we do our best to fix them when they do. The shop is right on the main road, so it’s easy to find, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours. We’ve got some regular customers who we know by name now. It’s a lot of repetitive work, stamping things and checking addresses, but it’s what we do. We just want to make sure the parcels get where they’re going without too much trouble. It’s simple but busy work every day.
