The Paul Hotel

The Paul Hotel is located at Grace Villa, which is No.9 in the Gurumurthy Reddy Layout. We are in Block-3 of Rama Murthy Nagar, Bangalore 560 016. It is a quiet residential pocket, so it does not feel like you are in the middle of a massive city. The building is a villa style, which is why the name Grace Villa is part of the address. We have been here for some time now. It’s not one of those huge glass hotels you see downtown. We have a few rooms and a simple lobby area where people check in. Most of our days are spent checking the linens, talking to the guests, and making sure the water is running right. Rama Murthy Nagar has grown a lot lately, so there are more shops around us than there used to be. The layout is mostly houses, so it feels quite safe and homey. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to chat. We just try to keep the place tidy and welcoming for whoever decides to stay with us. It is a straightforward business and we don't feel the need to make it sound more important than it is. Just a hotel in a villa, doing the best we can with what we have in this corner of Bangalore. We also have a small garden area in the front that needs a bit of weeding lately.
