The Park Residency

The Park Residency is located in Pinto Towers, right in the middle of Richmond Town. We are just opposite the Taj Gateway, which is a big landmark that helps guests find us easily. It is an older building, number 31 on the street, and we have been running our place here for several years. We have a mix of rooms, and it's mostly a place for people who need a spot to stay while they are doing business in the city or just visiting. It is not like those giant hotels; it is more of a straightforward residency. We have a small staff who take care of the cleaning and the front desk. Richmond Town is a nice part of Bangalore, though it can get quite congested with traffic during the peak hours. Our lobby is small and practical, and we spend a lot of time checking people in and answering questions about where to eat nearby. The rooms are basic but they do the job for a night or two. We deal with all sorts of things, from leaky faucets to helping people with their luggage. It is a lot of daily maintenance and making sure things are tidy. We don't have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. We just provide a place to sleep and try to make sure everything works like it should. It is a simple life running a guesthouse, and we are just glad to be part of the neighborhood.
