The Oterra is right here on 40 Ft Road in Bangalore, which is a pretty well-known spot in the city. We operate as a unit of Velankani Information Systems, so we share some of that background. The building stands out on the street because it's quite tall. Most days start early for us, getting the lobby cleaned up and making sure the kitchen is ready for the first batch of guests. It’s a big operation with plenty of rooms to look after. We have staff coming in from all over Karnataka to work different shifts. The ground floor stays busy with people checking in and out, and there’s always someone hauling luggage around. We have some meeting spaces that get used for all sorts of local events. It’s not a quiet place by any means, especially when there’s a big group staying over.
