The Oberoi Hotels

Our office for The Oberoi Hotels is over at number 44 in Shamanna Gouda Layout. It is situated on the 3rd Main and 4th Corss in the Ulsoor area of Bangalore. It is a residential part of town, so it feels quite different from the actual hotels people know. We use this space for managing the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps things running. The building is a regular house that we converted into an office space. It has a small gate and a little bit of a yard out front where we park our scooters. Inside, it is mostly desks and chairs with a lot of wires running across the floor. We try to keep things organized but it gets messy when we are busy. It is a small group of us working here. We don't have a uniform or a strict dress code. Most days we just wear what is comfortable and drink way too much coffee from the machine. The window looks out onto the street where people walk their dogs in the morning. It is a quiet place to get work done away from the main noise of the city. We don't have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the house number carefully. It is not a flashy corporate headquarters. It is just a practical place where we handle the daily tasks and paperwork for the team.
