The Leela Palace Bangalore

Our office is at Manatha Nilaya, specifically in Room No 115. We are located in Old Thippasandra, which is part of the Indira Nagar area in Bangalore 560008. The Leela Palace Bangalore uses this space for some of its operations. It is a bit tucked away in a local neighborhood. It does not look like the big hotel from the outside at all. It is just a regular building where we do our daily tasks. We have a small team working out of this room. It gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. Indira Nagar is a very lively part of town with lots of cafes and shops, but our corner is a bit quieter. We spend our time on logistics and paperwork. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls or expensive furniture. It is just a functional workspace. We talk to each other like normal people do every day. We do not use corporate talk or big buzzwords to describe things. If something needs to be fixed, we just go ahead and fix it. We are not into making big promises or writing long mission statements. We just want to make sure the hotel side of things runs smoothly from our end. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the details are right. We enjoy the local vibe of Thippasandra. It feels more real than a big glass building. That is our workplace.
