The Leela Palace Bangalore, A Kempenski Hotel

We are located at 23 Airport Road in Bangalore. It’s a busy stretch of road, as anyone who lives in this city can tell you. The Leela Palace Bangalore, A Kempenski Hotel has been sitting here for quite a while now, and even though the city has grown up around us with all the tech parks and traffic, we still go about our business the same way. The building is quite large and has that old-style look, which takes a lot of effort to maintain. Every day, there’s a lot of coming and going. People are here for meetings or just staying over while traveling. We have a lot of staff working behind the scenes to keep the lights on and the floors clean. Bangalore weather helps, especially in the evenings when it cools down, though the noise from Airport Road is always there. We don't really bother with big corporate talk. We just focus on getting the rooms ready and making sure the food is decent. It’s a big operation, but at the end of the day, it’s just people looking after other people. We’ve seen the neighborhood change so much since we first opened, with new flyovers and buildings popping up everywhere. It’s a bit of a landmark now, but to us, it’s just where we come to work every morning. We just try to do our jobs well and keep things running smoothly for everyone who visits the place.
