The Leela Kempinksi Kovalam Beach Resort

This is the office for The Leela Kempinksi Kovalam Beach Resort, but we aren't actually at the beach. We are located in Bangalore at Prestige Cedars, which is on No. 7 Convent Road. Specifically, we occupy rooms 301 and 302. It might seem strange for a beach resort to have an office in the middle of a big city like Bangalore, but this is where we handle a lot of the management and administrative work. While the guests are enjoying the sand and the water in Kerala, we are here in 560025 dealing with emails, bookings, and all the behind-the-scenes stuff. The office is pretty standard. We have desks, computers, and files everywhere. Convent Road is a well-known area in Bangalore, so it’s easy for us to get to work. It’s a lot of sitting and talking on the phone. We don't have any palm trees or ocean views from our windows—just the city streets and other buildings. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. It’s a busy environment because the resort is always popular. We just focus on making sure all the paperwork is correct so the resort can run without any problems. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary. We are just a team of people in a city office working for a place by the sea. Our days are full of coordination and making sure every detail is sorted out for the guests down south.
