The Hotel Bell & Convention Centre

You can find us over at 5th Cross in Magadi. We’ve been part of this Karnataka community for quite a while now. The building for The Hotel Bell & Convention Centre is a big part of our lives, and we spend most of our time making sure everything inside is ready for whoever walks through the door. It isn't just about the rooms; there is a lot of work that goes into the convention side of things too. We spend hours setting up chairs, checking the lights, and making sure the floors are clean. It is physical work and it can be tiring, but we’ve got a good crew here who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty. We aren't a big, cold chain hotel. Most of us live nearby and we treat the place like it’s our own. We don't have fancy scripts for how to talk to people; we just try to be helpful and polite. Sometimes the kitchen is a bit chaotic or a lightbulb goes out right when a meeting is starting, but we just fix it and keep going. That is just how it is when you run a place like this in 560023. We like seeing the different events that come through, from small family gatherings to bigger meetings. It keeps things interesting for everyone working here. We just focus on the basics and try to make sure everyone has what they need during their stay with us in India. We're always busy here on the floor.
