The building is on the 4th Main, and it’s a place where we’ve worked for quite some time. We don’t have a big marketing team writing our stories. It’s just us, the people who work the shifts and keep the place clean. The 4th Main SSA Road can get a bit dusty and noisy with all the construction and traffic nearby, but inside, we just try to keep things orderly. We spend a lot of time on maintenance and talking to the people who stop by. We aren't interested in sounding polished or corporate. We just show up, do our jobs, and try to be useful. The staff here is a mix of people from different parts of the state, and we’ve all become a bit like a family over the years. We know the local shops and where to get a good meal nearby. It’s a plain, honest kind of place. We don’t make big promises, we just try to make sure the rooms are ready and the lights are on when someone arrives.
