The Golden Palms Hotel & Spa

Our place is called The Golden Palms Hotel & Spa and you can find us at H. No 81/1 Sneha Complex in Bharti Nagar. We are situated near the Hm Halli Post in Bangalore 560057. It’s an interesting part of town to work in. There is always something going on outside in the complex. Inside, we spend our time keeping the rooms clean and making sure the spa is ready. It’s a lot of physical work and we are usually pretty tired by the end of the shift. We aren’t the type to use big, polished words about our mission or anything like that. We just talk like regular folks. Some of the staff have been here for years and they know the regulars by name. We have a small kitchen area where we eat our lunch and complain about the heat. The hotel part stays busy, especially on weekends. We spend a lot of time moving towels around and checking that the lights work. It’s a simple life but it keeps us on our toes. The Sneha Complex is easy to find if you are familiar with Bharti Nagar. We don't have a huge marketing team, just a few of us who handle the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we just fix them and move on. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We’re just a local business in a busy part of Bangalore, trying to keep things running smoothly.
