Our location is in Kalasipalyam New Extention, specifically on Millerganj Cinema Road at No. 50. It’s a very active area with a lot of movement all day long. The shop is basically a big room filled with stacks of parcels and envelopes. We have a long counter where we weigh things and write out receipts. It can get pretty messy with all the packing tape and cardboard boxes lying around. We spend a lot of time sorting through deliveries and making sure things get on the right trucks. The noise from the cinema nearby and the traffic on the road is something we’ve just gotten used to. We don’t have a fancy tracking system like the global companies, but we keep a log of everything in our books. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy bags and moving crates around. Sometimes a delivery gets delayed because of traffic or weather, and we have to explain that to people. We’ve been operating out of this spot for years. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for a long time. They know we are just a small operation doing our best to get their items where they need to go. It’s a simple setup without any bells and whistles. We just show up, sort the mail, and keep the packages moving day after day.
