We are Total Exim Solutions, located at No. 3 on the 2nd floor along 16th Main Road in BTM 2nd Stage. Most people just know the area by the Udupi Garden Hotel road nearby. It’s a busy part of town, and there’s always a place to grab a quick bite if you’re working late. Our office is fairly simple. We have a few computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of space for files. We handle various export and import tasks from this location. Being on the 2nd floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things get hectic. We started out here because it was a central spot for our small team to meet up. We don't go in for fancy titles or corporate meetings that last for hours. We prefer just getting on with the work. The traffic in BTM can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to get our shipping documents finished before the rush starts. It’s a lot of coordination with different people and making sure the numbers match up. We’ve had some long days here, but we like the neighborhood. People stop by sometimes just to ask for directions since we're near the hotel. The Udupi Garden Hotel is a good landmark for us. If we tell people that, they usually find us without getting lost too many times in the heavy BTM traffic. We are just regular people trying to run a decent business.
