You’ll find us in Bikasipura, tucked away in Vittal Nagar near the ISRO Layout. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a decent place to work. Suresh and the rest of the crew handle the day-to-day import and export tasks here. We deal with a lot of shipping papers and customs stuff, which can be a real headache sometimes. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to track where containers are or why a shipment is stuck. Bangalore traffic means we’re often waiting on couriers to arrive. It’s a small operation, so everyone chips in with everything. There’s no big hierarchy here. If the water cooler is empty, whoever sees it first changes it. We don't have a PR department or anything like that. We just do the exim work because we've been in the trade for years. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet, which is nice for focusing on all the fine print. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall at the corner when things get too stressful. It’s just a group of people trying to keep goods moving across borders. No big mystery to it.
