Headwin Exim Private Limited is located in Malleshwaram. We are at Unit 2, No. 117 on the first floor of 12th Cross. Malleshwaram is one of those parts of Bangalore that still feels like the old days, even though business is moving fast. Our office is a straightforward space. We deal with import and export, so there is a lot of talk about shipping routes, customs, and containers. The phones ring quite a bit, and there’s always someone checking a tracking number or a bill of lading. It is a busy atmosphere but not a corporate one. We sit at our desks, surrounded by files and calendars marked with deadlines. There are a few trees outside the window that give us a bit of green to look at when the stress levels go up. We often go out to the local mess for lunch to get some traditional food. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have a big HR department or fancy break rooms. If you want coffee, you go into the small pantry and make it yourself. We've been in this Unit 2 space for a while now, and it has become very familiar to us. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but we are used to it. We just focus on the logistics and making sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble.
