Techwin Electronics

Techwin Electronics is located at No.949 in Jayanagar East. Our shop is a bit of a mix of everything electronic. If you walk in, you will see shelves lined with parts, some new and some that have been sitting there for a while waiting for the right person to need them. We spend our days surrounded by the smell of solder and the hum of various devices being tested. Jayanagar East is a lively area and we feel right at home here at No.949. We have a counter where we take in repairs and talk to people about what is going wrong with their gadgets. Sometimes it is a simple fix and other times we have to tell them it is not worth the trouble. We don't try to sugarcoat things. We just tell it like it is. The workbench in the back is where the real work happens, under a magnifying lamp with a bunch of small screwdrivers scattered around. It is a small space, so we have to stay organized, though it doesn't always look that way to an outsider. We have been here long enough that we know which floorboards creak and which light switch you have to jiggle a bit. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who actually enjoy taking things apart and putting them back together again. It is a straightforward way to make a living and we like the routine.
