Element14 India Private Limited is based on the 2nd Floor, at No. 15 Theme House in the Krishnanagar Industrial Area. We are situated just off the Hosur Main Road, which is a major route and always packed with traffic. Being in an industrial area means the surroundings are more about warehouses and factories than fancy offices. Our space inside Theme House is very functional. We have desks for the staff and plenty of shelves for electronics components and catalogues. It’s not the kind of office where you’ll find designer furniture or art on the walls. We prefer it that way because it fits the kind of work we do. We deal with a lot of technical parts, so there’s often a bit of a mess with boxes being moved around. The team here is small and we’ve been working out of this location for a good while. Krishnanagar is a busy place, and there’s always the sound of trucks and machinery nearby. We just focus on our daily tasks, like handling orders and checking stock. We don’t use a lot of corporate buzzwords. We just talk like regular people and get the job done. It’s a straightforward business environment. We have a small corner for making tea and coffee, and that’s about it for extras. It’s a solid, practical office that serves us well for our daily operations in this part of town.
