Technical Support Engg

We are over here at Ganesh Nagar in New Delhi, specifically at 410 in the 2nd Lane. It’s a busy spot but we like it. Technical Support Engg has been around for a bit now, just helping people out with their technical problems. It’s not a big fancy office or anything like that, just a regular place where we get work done. We spend most of our days looking at machines and trying to figure out why they aren't working right. Sometimes the traffic outside gets pretty loud, but you get used to it after a while. Most of the folks who come in are from around the neighborhood. We don't really do big advertisements. People just find us or hear from a neighbor. Dealing with technical stuff can be a real headache for most people, so we try to take that weight off their shoulders. It’s just me and a couple of others here usually. We keep things pretty simple. There isn't any fancy lobby with coffee machines, just some chairs and tools. If you are walking down 2nd Lane, you might miss the door if you aren't looking, but we are there. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the tech over the years, and we just keep learning as we go. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. That’s pretty much how it is here. Nothing more to say really.
