Technical Suport

Technical Suport is over at 37/1, Vittobainilayam in the Nathravathiext part of K. R. Puram. Bangalore is a big city, but this corner of it feels a bit more local. We have a simple setup here. It is just an office where we take calls and fix things. We do not have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in if they have a problem with their machines. The desk is usually covered in papers and old hardware components. We have been in K. R. Puram for a few years now and we have seen the area change quite a bit with more traffic and new shops. Our team is small, just a couple of guys who know their way around a motherboard. We do not spend money on advertising; most people just hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It gets hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day long. Sometimes we stay late if there is a big job that needs finishing before morning. We are not part of some huge chain, just a local spot where you can get help. The address is easy to find if you are familiar with the Nathravathiext area. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in. It is a basic operation, but it is ours and we like the routine of it.
