Tbs India Ltd.

You have to take the lift up to the 5th floor of the Ardan Sair building to find Tbs India Ltd. We are located in Pai Layout on Madras Road. It’s a decent enough office, though the elevator is a bit slow sometimes and makes a rattling sound that worries the new visitors. We have a few windows that look out over the road, so we get to see the traffic jams every evening. The office layout is a bit cramped because we keep adding more desks as we get more work. There are cables running along the floor in some places, so you have to watch your step. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees, just a dedicated group of people trying to get through the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on our computers, and the tea machine in the corner is probably the most used piece of equipment we own. Sometimes we order lunch together if we are working on a deadline, which happens more often than we’d like. We don't have a receptionist, so usually whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, maybe a bit too casual for some, but it works for us. We focus on getting our work done without making a big fuss about things. The building can get a bit chilly in the rainy season when the wind blows through the hallways.
