A K Interiors

Our workshop is located at 12/66 on the 1st Main Road. This is in the New Kalappa Block area of Srirampuram. We have been here for a while, and the neighbors all know us by now. We do interior work at A K Interiors, so the place is usually full of wood shavings and the smell of glue or paint. It is a bit of a cramped space because we have a lot of materials tucked into the corners. Srirampuram is a busy neighborhood with narrow streets. Getting large deliveries can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just make it work. It is a small operation, just a few of us. We spend our days measuring things and cutting wood. It is not a polished showroom like you see in the malls. It is a real workshop where things actually get built. We have a couple of old fans that keep the air moving while we work. The 1st Main Road stays pretty active throughout the day with people going to work or the market. We mostly just keep our heads down and focus on the project at hand. Sometimes the power goes out. When that happens, we have to take a break and sit on the steps for a bit. It is just a normal life here. We aren't trying to do anything too fancy. We just finish the jobs we have on the list for the week and go home.
