We operate out of Peenya Industrial Area, specifically at V-48 on Coles Road. This part of town is always noisy with trucks and machines, and we fit right in. Our building is a plain industrial unit where we do most of our assembly and technical work. It’s not a place for visitors to come and sit on soft chairs. Usually, there is some welding going on or someone is checking temperature gauges. We have been here for years, and the walls show it. There are stains and scratches everywhere, but that’s just part of being in an industrial zone. We focus on thermal equipment, which means a lot of metal and insulation. It’s a small group of us working here. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to one of the guys who was just working on a machine. We eat lunch together on a wooden table in the corner. Sometimes the orders are backlogged and we stay late to finish up. We don't use much jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. We just make the equipment and send it out to the companies that need it. It’s simple, hard work and that suits us just fine. The metal sheets get delivered on Mondays so that is usually our busiest day of the week.
