You will find our Larsen & Toubro Ltd. office located in the 1st Phase of Sector A, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore. We are situated in the northern part of the city, which is a lot quieter than the central business districts. The 560064 area has grown quite a bit over the years, but it still has a bit of an open, airy feel to it. Our building is just a standard office block, nothing that really stands out when you are driving past. We have a regular routine here. Most of us try to get in early to avoid the worst of the Bangalore traffic, though it is usually a bit better out here in Yelahanka. The office itself is very functional and a bit plain, but it works for us. We have the usual desks, some whiteboards with messy notes on them, and a whole lot of folders. It is a practical space where we can focus on the tasks we have. We do not spend our budget on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. We would rather just have a computer that works and a decent chair. Most of the staff lives somewhere nearby, so we feel like part of the neighborhood. We drink the local coffee and go to the nearby small hotels for lunch. It is a very local way of working. We just come in, do our work, and try to keep things steady.
