Even though Bangalore is known for its fancy tech parks, our setup for Larsen&Toubro Ltd feels a bit more traditional and grounded. The building has been through a lot of seasons. We don't have a lot of the high-tech amenities you see in the newer offices, but we have everything we need to get through the day. The traffic on Kumarakrupa Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so most of us try to get in early or stay a bit late to avoid the worst of it. There’s a lot of history in this branch, and many of the staff have been working here for decades. It feels more like a small community than a large corporate office. We just keep our heads down and handle the engineering work that comes our way. It’s a busy, practical place to spend the day.
