Tarajyot Polymers Ltd

If you head over to Hebbal Ellorapark, you’ll find us at 37/12/1. That’s where Tarajyot Polymers Ltd is set up. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there’s always a bit of noise from the machines. We work with polymers, which means the air usually has that faint smell of heated plastic, but you get used to it after the first week. The workshop floor is always busy. We have these old machines that keep humming along, and we have to keep a close eye on them so they don't act up. It’s not a polished environment. There are crates stacked up and rolls of material everywhere. We’re not trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or anything. We just focus on getting the production done. The staff here are local guys, mostly, and we eat our lunch together in the small break area near the back door. It gets quite hot in the summer, but we have a few fans that help a bit. Most of our day is spent checking batches and making sure the measurements are right. We’ve been at this for a while, and while it’s not the easiest work, it’s what we know. Sometimes we stay late when there's a big order to finish, just trying to keep the schedule on track without too much fuss. It’s just how we get things done every day in Hebbal.
