Taj West End

We’re over in Koramangala at 214 St Bed, on the 6th Main. Being in this part of Bangalore means there is always something happening right outside our doors. At Taj West End, we run things in a way that feels pretty natural. It’s a big property, and it takes a lot of people to keep it all moving. You’ve got the folks at the desk, the ones cleaning the rooms, and the kitchen crew all doing their own thing. It’s a lot of coordination. We don’t really go for that stiff, formal style you might expect. We’re just regular people who happen to work in a well-known place. Some of us have been here for a long time, while others are just starting out. The gardens need a lot of attention, and the old buildings always have some quirk that needs fixing. We spend our days making sure guests have what they need, whether it’s a clean towel or directions to the nearest mall. Koramangala is a busy hub, and we’re right in the thick of it. The 6th Main can get pretty crowded, but inside it’s a bit more manageable. We don't have any fancy speeches about what we do. We just show up, put on the uniform, and get to work. It’s about keeping the place running smoothly so everyone stays happy. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we do every single day.
