Taj West End , Bangalore

Even though the name says Taj West End, our specific spot is at 12, 2nd Cross in Grape Garden. This is in the 3rd Block of T.R. Nagar. It is a residential kind of area, quite different from the main hotel grounds people usually think of. We are in a smaller building here among the houses and local trees. This office handles a lot of the behind-the-scenes work that doesn't happen at the front desk. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets where we keep track of things. It is much quieter here than in the city center. Sometimes neighbors walk by and peek in, but mostly we just stick to our work. The 2nd Cross is a narrow street, so parking can be a bit of a challenge if we have visitors. Since there isn't a big cafeteria, we usually just go to the local stalls for a tea break. The building isn't brand new, and you can see a bit of wear on the floor and the doors. It’s a functional place for us to do our jobs without the distractions of the big hotel environment. We don't have uniforms or anything like that here. It is just a practical space where the administrative side of things gets handled. T.R. Nagar is a calm part of Bangalore 560 028, and we like the pace of it.
