Taj Truely Mughal

We have been running Taj Truely Mughal over here in Shivaji Nagar for a while now. It is right on Bowring Hospital Road, at number 15/1. People mostly come in because they are hungry for something heavy and filling. We stay busy because of where we are located. There is always a lot of noise outside from the hospital traffic and the street, but inside we just focus on getting the food out. We make the usual stuff you’d expect from a place with Mughal in the name. It’s a lot of work in the kitchen every day. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when the lunch crowd hits all at once. We don't really do anything fancy here. The tables are basic and the walls have been the same for years. Most of our regulars are people working nearby or families visiting the hospital who need a quick meal before heading back. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes we run out of certain items by the evening if it’s been a fast day. That’s just how it goes in this part of town. The staff has been here for a long time, so we all know how the routine works. We don’t spend much time talking about what we do, we just do it. If you walk down the road toward the hospital, you’ll see our sign. It’s nothing too big, just a local spot where you can sit down and eat without any fuss or trouble. We just provide a place to eat.
