Taj Residency

Taj Residency is located at House No-8 on the 1st Cross of Artillery Road in Ulsoor. It’s a part of Bangalore that has a lot of history, and the 560008 area is usually pretty active. Being on a cross street like this means we get a mix of local residents and people just passing through. The house itself is a solid building, nothing like those modern hotels that look like boxes. We have been here at number 8 for some time. Dealing with the traffic on Artillery Road is a daily thing for us. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times it’s just honking and bikes zooming past. We don't have a giant neon sign or anything like that. It’s more of a local vibe here. We spend our time making sure things are clean and ready for whoever is coming by. The rooms are just regular rooms, nothing fancy, but they do the job. Ulsoor is a nice area to be in, especially with the lake not too far away, though we are mostly stuck inside working. The staff here are just regular folks from the neighborhood or nearby. We don't use scripts when we talk to people, we just say hello and help out. It’s a practical place to stay or work, and we like the simplicity of being on the 1st Cross. We've been part of this Ulsoor community for a long time now.
