Taj Residency

We are located at 41/3 MG Road in Bangalore, right inside the Taj Residency. If you’ve ever walked down MG Road, you know how loud and fast everything moves, but once you step inside here, it feels a bit different. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and we’ve seen Bangalore change from a quiet garden city into the huge place it is now. Our staff is a mix of people who have worked here for decades and some newer faces just starting out. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing. We just focus on making sure the rooms are ready and the people coming through the doors are looked after. It’s a big building, so there is always something that needs fixing or a floor that needs cleaning. We spend a lot of our time running around the halls or standing at the front desk. MG Road is the heart of the city, so we get all sorts of visitors, from business people to families on holiday. We don’t have a fancy mission statement; we just show up to work and try to be helpful. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard for guests to get here on time, which we understand because we deal with that same traffic every morning. It’s just how life is in Bangalore. We like being in the center of it all and seeing the city grow from our doorstep.
