Taj Premium Hotels

This particular location for Taj Premium Hotels is out in Whitefield, Bangalore. If you work in 560066, you know that this area has changed a lot with all the new buildings and tech offices going up. Our hotel is right in the middle of that growth. The lobby is usually busy with people checking their watches and looking at their phones. We have a lot of glass and shiny surfaces that we are constantly wiping down because of all the fingerprints. The staff comes in early from all parts of Bangalore, often dealing with the long commute through the traffic. It is a big place to manage, and there is always a lightbulb that needs changing or a rug that needs straightening. We don't use a lot of fancy words for what we do; we just make sure the rooms are ready and the food is hot. Behind the front desk, things are a bit more cluttered with papers, keys, and half-empty water bottles. We have our staff meals in a small room in the basement where it is quiet for a few minutes. It is a high-energy environment but we try to keep a level head. We aren't trying to be anything other than a reliable place for people to stay. The days are long and the work is repetitive, but it is what we do here in Whitefield every single day.
