Taj Gateway, Bangalore.

Our place, the Taj Gateway, is located at 64 on the Whitefield Main Road in Bangalore. We are right by the Hindustan Unilever Research Centre, which is a huge landmark in this area. If you know Bangalore, you know the traffic on this road can be a real headache most of the time. We see a lot of people coming in who look pretty tired from the commute. The building is solid and we spend our shifts making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a busy environment because of all the tech parks and offices nearby. We don't spend much time on fancy speeches; we just focus on getting the rooms ready or helping people with their bags. The air in Whitefield can be a bit dusty with all the construction going on, but inside it’s usually alright. I’ve worked here for a while and seen how much the area has grown. It used to be much quieter years ago. Now, there are shops and people everywhere you look. We try to keep things simple and functional for everyone who stays with us. It’s a lot of walking back and forth through the hallways and checking the guest lists. We just do our bit to keep the place running smoothly every day without making a big deal out of it. It’s a long day usually, but we keep the lobby looking decent.
