At Switching Power Conversion & Pvt Ltd, we are located in the Peenya Laxmi Industrial Estate, Gandhi Nagar 105/6 & 7. Peenya is a heavy industrial area, so it’s always noisy with trucks and machines nearby. Our facility is where we put together power units and handle all the technical parts of the conversion process. It’s a lot of technical work involving circuit boards and heavy components. The air usually feels a bit warm because of all the testing equipment running at once. We have a team that knows exactly where every screw and wire goes. We don't have a fancy lobby or a break room; we just eat our lunch at the benches or outside when the weather is nice. It is a very hands-on environment. There are blueprints taped to the walls and boxes of components stacked up to the ceiling. We've been operating out of these units, 6 and 7, for a good while. Dealing with power electronics means we have to be careful and stay focused. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. We wear practical clothes that can handle some dust and heat. Gandhi Nagar is a busy spot for industry and we fit right in with the other workshops around us. We just keep our heads down and finish the builds as they come.
