Surya Overseas Traders

Our office, Surya Overseas Traders, is located at No. 67 on the 1st Cross in Chinnapahalli. That is in the Anand Nagar part of Marthalli. If you are familiar with this side of town, you know it has grown a lot lately. We are tucked away on a side street which is better than being right on the main Marthalli road with all that traffic. We do overseas trading from here. It involves a lot of coordination with different people across the ocean. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of paper. We still use physical files for a lot of our records because it feels like a safer way to keep track. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There is a banyan tree near the corner of the street where we sometimes stand and talk during lunch. We handle all sorts of products, mostly whatever our clients are looking to move. It’s a lot of logistical work, checking dates and making sure the trucks arrive at the port on time. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and try to make sure everything gets where it’s going without a hitch. The building is just a standard three-story place and we occupy the ground floor. It makes it easy for the courier guys to drop off envelopes.
