Surana Stones

We have been running Surana Stones here on Magadi Main Road for quite some time now. Our place is at No- 50, which is pretty close to the Sumanaali Circle in Kamakshipalya. It is not a fancy office or anything like that, just a workspace where we keep all the stone slabs and blocks. Most days start early with trucks coming in and out. It gets a bit noisy around here because of the traffic on the main road, but we are used to it by now. People usually find us easily because of the landmark nearby. We have all sorts of granite and marble stacked up in the yard. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere, especially when we are moving things around with the crane, but that is just how the stone business goes. We spend most of our time showing customers different pieces and explaining how the patterns change from one slab to another. There are no big sales pitches here, we just show you what is in stock and let the stone speak for itself. If you are driving down towards the circle, you will likely see our boards. We try to keep things organized but with so much heavy material, it’s always a work in progress. It is a family-run kind of setup where everyone chips in with the loading and the paperwork. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the pieces get loaded safely onto the trucks.
