Super Stone

Super Stone is out here at No. 90/1 near the Harapanahalli Circle in Jigani, which is part of Anekal Taluk. If you know this area, you know it is all about stones and factories. We are right in the thick of it. The air here is always a bit thick with the sound of cutting machines from the neighbors. Our place is basically a large open space where we keep the raw and finished stones. We spend a lot of time dealing with the logistics because Jigani is a bit far from the main city. Trucks are always coming and going from the circle. We have a lot of local stone and some from further away. The sun can be quite sharp out here in the open, so we are usually wearing caps and working near the shade of the stacks. We don't have a big sales team. It is mostly just us and a couple of helpers. People come here when they are doing big projects because we have the space for large quantities. It is not a place for a quick visit; you usually need time to look through the lot. We keep our records in a simple ledger and mostly deal with the same group of transporters. The work is physical and we go home tired every evening. That is just the way life is in the industrial belt. We just focus on keeping the slabs moving out.
