You can find Suntrac Energy Systems Pvt Ltd at #321-A on the 8th Cross in the 4th Phase of Peenya Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s where all the work happens. The building is a basic industrial unit with a high ceiling. We do a lot of work with energy setups and solar components. Most of the space is taken up by inventory and workbenches. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we have a few big fans to keep the air moving. We aren't the type to wear suits or have big meetings in boardrooms. We usually just huddle around a table with some tea and talk about the day's tasks. The paperwork piles up sometimes because we’d rather be working on the equipment than filing forms. We’ve been in Peenya for a good number of years and have seen the area grow quite a bit. There are more food stalls and trucks than there used to be. Our team is small, mostly just people who have been doing this for a long time. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just answer the phone when it rings and try to help the people who need energy solutions. It’s just how we run things, day in and day out.
