Sun Rise Real Estate Agency has been operating out of this spot on Robertson Road for quite some time. We are right there at 21/2 in Frazer Town. It’s a lively part of the city with plenty of people moving in and out. Our office is a bit small, and the walls are covered with local maps and property listings. We spend most of our mornings answering calls and meeting people who are looking for a place to stay or want to sell their old family homes. It can get pretty hectic when everyone shows up at once. Robertson Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise from the bikes and cars outside. We do a lot of walking around the neighborhood to show apartments and houses to potential clients. Sometimes the keys don't work or we have to wait for a tenant to show up, but that’s part of the job. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands. We don't use fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of our notes are still on paper. It’s just easier that way for us. We try to give people the real picture of what a property is like without making it sound like something it isn't. It’s about finding a fit that works for both sides. We’ve seen many families settle down here in Frazer Town. It is a good place to be, and we are happy to be part of the community.
