Our office is tucked away at No. 14 Sriniketan on Nandi Durga Cross Road. If you know where the Casa Miller Apartment is in Benson Town, we are right behind that building. It can be a bit tricky to find the first time, but once you know the street, it is fine. At Sumeru Agro Harvest Exports Pvt. Ltd., we spend a lot of time on the phone and handling paperwork for shipments. There are always containers to track and schedules to check on. The neighborhood is usually quite calm, which helps when we are trying to get through a pile of documents. We started this because we saw a way to move local goods to other places. It involves a lot of back and forth with different people. Sometimes the internet is slow or a delivery gets delayed, which causes some stress, but we figure it out. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people; it’s just a small team working out of this space. We keep the kettle going for tea throughout the day. The building is older but it serves us well enough for what we do. We try to stay organized, even if the desks get cluttered with files sometimes. Managing exports means staying on top of the timing. We just show up every morning and get through the list of things to do before the day ends.
