Sugar N Spice is located near the Vivanta By Taj area, right on Mahatma Gandhi Road. Specifically, we are at Loksangam Vihar on D P Road, number 41/3. We handle a lot of sweets and baked goods here. It is a busy spot because of the location, but we try to keep things grounded. We don't have a long history or any complicated goals. We just make the food and serve the people who come in. Being on D P Road means we see a lot of different faces every day. The kitchen is always a bit warm and smells like sugar, which isn't a bad way to spend the day. We aren't a big chain with a lot of rules; we just do things the way they work for us. The address at 41/3 Loksangam Vihar is where we do all our baking. We don't spend time on fancy advertising. Most people find us because they are in the Mahatma Gandhi Road area already. It is a small place but it stays busy. We just focus on the cakes and spices and getting the orders out on time. It's a simple life working here and we just take it one day at a time. We clean up at night and start all over again the next morning. You can usually find one of us behind the counter or back in the small kitchen area. We don't have a formal dress code, just whatever is comfortable for work.
